OCS Family Link Service

OCS is an ANA Group company which provides an international express delivery service as well as expatriate lifestyle support services. It has been delivering Japanese newspapers, magazines and books to locations outside Japan for more than 60 years, and now also offers a product lineup designed to accommodate expatriates' various different needs. This lineup includes food items, household products and miscellaneous goods, and osechi (traditional Japanese New Year's cuisine).

Committed to reliable cargo delivery, OCS leverages its international networks and handles each piece of cargo with the greatest care in accordance with Japanese quality standards.

OCS's services are available not only to expatriates but also to those who would like to send Japanese products to family members or friends living outside Japan.

  • Payment amount for each order placed for food items, household products and medical products to be sent outside Japan

How to Accrue Miles

Please make an application for one of the eligible OCS Family Link Service offerings as an individual customer, and then use a credit card to pay the fee.

Mileage Accrual Date

After service usage, approximately 4 to 5 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.


  • All applications made by corporate customers are ineligible for mileage accrual.
  • All applications made for newspapers, weeklies, monthlies, and books available through the Family Link Service are ineligible for mileage accrual, including those made by individual customers.
  • Applications made through websites other than the dedicated website are not eligible for mileage accrual.
  • Mileage cannot be accrued after an application has been made.
  • Even if an application is made for an eligible service, mileage cannot be accrued if the credit card payment is not completed or confirmed.
  • You will not be eligible for mileage accrual if there are any issues with the 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number that you entered upon making your application.
