Non-delivery of Authentication Email with the Introduction of Two-Step Authentication

On Wednesday, August 31, 2022, we introduced two-step authentication using one-time passwords for some ANA Mileage Club services.

Authentication emails are sent using a different delivery system to other emails from ANA. Therefore, there may be occasions when you receive other emails from ANA but not authentication emails.

If you do not receive an authentication email, please change your email address or try the procedures shown below.

If none of the above applies to your registered email address, or if you have changed your email receipt settings but still do not receive an authentication email, please create a different email address and change it to that one.
