ANA HOLDINGS selected for “Dow Jones Sustainability Asia Pacific Index”


TOKYO, October 5, 2016 - ANA HOLDINGS (hereafter ANA HD) is pleased to announce it has been selected for the Dow Jones Sustainability Asia Pacific Index. This index is part of the internationally recognized Dow Jones Sustainability Indices* (DJSI), which track the stock performance of the world's leading companies in terms of economic, environmental and social criteria and serve as benchmarks for investors who integrate sustainability considerations into their portfolios.

The Dow Jones Sustainability Asia Pacific Index has selected 146 companies (68 of which are Japanese) from 615 major corporations in Asia Pacific countries and regions. Companies are chosen for their “best-in-class approach” to corporate sustainability.

ANA HD has been recognized for its pursuit of eco-efficiency in business; its approach to risk and brand management; its recruitment and retention practices and its community projects.
