Full Flex/Normal Fare (Reservation Class:F)

Reservations/ Ticket Purchases	[When reserved and purchased through the WEB] - Reservation and purchase must be completed through ANA Website. - Reservation for all segments must be confirmed before purchase. <Purchase: whichever is earlier following deadline> - Within 24 hours after making reservation - 6 hours before the departure time of the first international flight. [When reserved or purchased through other channels] - Reservation for all segments must be confirmed before purchase. <Reservation> - Anytime before departure. <Purchase> - Anytime before departure.
Travel Pattern	First class one-way trips,roundtrips, circle trips, and open-jaw trips.
Period of Stay	Up to 12 months (excluding the arrival date).

Regulations for Routing	Within Japan: ANA flights only. International flights to/from Japan: ANA flights only.
Reservation Changes	[Before departure][After departure] Permitted at free. Changes must be completed at least estimated time of depature of the changed flights. ♯Fare must be adjusted if the change results in a fare difference.
Refunds	[Before departure] Permitted without cancel charge [After departure] Refund due is the full amount of the fare paid less the applicable normal fare for travel flown. There may be no refund value.
Child Discount	Child (2 - 11 years of age): Not applicable Infant not occupying a seat (under 2 years of age): 90% off adult fares
