Changes are permitted at CAD500.00 per change.
Any difference in fare must be collected or refunded
at the time of reissue.
When fares with different change penalties or
no penalty are combined, the most restrictive penalty applies.

Changes are permitted at CAD450.00 per change.
Changes to the origin/destination, transfer point and stop
over are permitted provided any difference in fare
or tax is collected or refunded.
Also, the change must be made at least one day prior to
the previously scheduled flight.
Tickets are non-refundable.
However, full value of wholly unused ticket may be applied
towards purchase of a new ticket priced at equal or higher
value upon payment of the change fee contained in this rule
within 1 year from the original date of issue, provided
original reservations are cencelled prior to originally

[Allowing reservations to be cancelled without penalty]
A ticketed reservation made via ANA SKY WEB Canada site,
ANA Customer Service Center or ANA airport ticketing counters
in Canada may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours
after the issuance of the ticket, except for reservations made
within one week of departure, which may be cancelled without
penalty only if permitted by applicable fare rules.
Refunds must be requested through the ANA Customer Service
Center in the U.S.
Please note that tickets purchased via a travel agent may be
cancelled without penalty only if permitted by applicable fare rules.
