・Any difference in fare, taxes, fees and/or surcharges must be
 collected or refunded at time of change.

・For refunds after departure, the refund amount will be based on the
 fare paid less the applicable fare for travel flown, which may result
 in no refund value.
・When fares with different refund penalties or no penalty are combined,
 the most restrictive condition applies.
