Permitted

*Changes must be made before departure of the original 
  flights.
*Additionally, ticket reissue must be made within 24 hours
 after the change of reservation. 
*If change or ticket reissue is not done by the above
 deadlines, ticket will only be valid for refund, or not
 applicable at all.

* Additionally, change for outbound must be completed at 
  least 1 day prior to the new departure date. 

[After Departure]

  flights.
*Additionally, ticket reissue must be made within 24 hours
 after the change of reservation. 
*If change or ticket reissue is not done by the above
 deadlines, ticket will only be valid for refund, or not

1 free stopover in Japan permitted each direction. 
Additionally 1 stopover permitted in Japan
each direction at a charge of EUR75 each time. 

International flights between Europe and Japan: 
Valid on ANA flights only. For code-share flights(NH5xxx、NH6xxx), only the 
flights operated by Lufthansa are permitted.

Connection within Europe has to be by ANA,
Lufthansa or  German Wings, 

Domestic flights within Japan: Valid on ANA flights only.
Premium Class is not permitted. 

* Depending on the route and airline, economy class
  may have to be used for the European connection.

Refund the difference if any between the fare paid and 
the applicable fare for the sector actually flown.

   When combined, the more restrictive rule will apply to 
   the whole itinerary.
   Exception to reservation change : The rule for either 
   outbound or inbound will apply respectively. When both
   outbound and inbound are changed at the same time 
   and a change fee applies, the higher fee applies
