When making reservations and purchase through the WEB/
Online Booking
1) Reservation and purchase must be completed through
ANA Website.
2) Reservation for all segments must be confirmed
before purchase.

Purchase: whichever is earlier following deadline
At the same time as reservation
By 23:59 on the day 50 days prior to the departure

Premium Economy One-way / Round Trip / Circle Trip / Open Jaw Trip

• Child (2 - 11 years of age), Infant occupying a seat (under 2
  years of age): 25% off adult fares
• Infant not occupying a seat (under 2 years of age):
  90% off adult fares

• if no-show, changes not permitted.
• Fare, taxes and other charges must be adjusted if the change
  results in a difference.

Before Departure

Permitted without cancellation fee for refund.

After departure

For refunds after departure, the refunded amount will be based
on the fare paid less the applicable fare for travel flown,
which may result in no refund value.

When combined, the more restrictive rule will apply to the whole itinerary.
Exception to reservation change : The rule for either outbound or inbound will apply respectively. When both outbound and inbound are changed at the same time and a change fee applies, the higher fee applies

• Domestic flights within Australia: Valid on ANA Code-shaare flights, Virgin Australia flight or flights operated by Virgin Australia only.
• flights within USA/Canada/Mexico: Valid on ANA codeshare flights, United Airlines, or flights operated by United Airlines/Interjet only.
• Domestic flights within Mexico: Valid on AeroMexico flights operated by AeroMexico only.

After departure

Refund due will be the difference between the fare paid, and
the applicable Published Carrier Fare for travel flown, less
cancellation fee of AUD200.There may be no refund value
