Reservations /Tickt Purchase 1)Once reservation is confirmed, payment and ticketing must be 
completed at the same time. ANA is offering a convenient optional 
service that enables customers to hold reservations and fare 
details up to 72 hours after making a reservation.

2)Reservation for all segments must be confirmed before purchase.

◇Child (2 - 11 years of age): 25% off adult fares
◇Infant not occupying a seat (under 2 years of age): 
90% off adult fares
Reservation Changes

◇It is necessary to change the date before the original flight departure  otherwise the ticket can only refund.
◇To the following fares that is changeable.
- ANA normal fare
*Fare must be adjusted if the change results 
in a fare difference.

【Before departure】

Before the original flight departure permitted for free.
After the original flight departure,RMB CNY3000 will be charged as a redund fee.

【After departure】

Refund the difference if any between the fare paid and the
applicable fare for the sector actually flown.And after the original flight departure,RMB CNY3000 will be charged as a redund fee.


Combining fare penalty/refund charges apply  the strictest rule. 
When a fare was switched to a different fare, penalty/refund charges apply to the strictest rule. It does not matter if the itinerary is before or after departure. 

Please contact ANA within one year and 30 days 
from the departure date.
