Fare, taxes and other charges must be adjusted if the change results in a difference.
Refunds
Before departure
IDR 1,400,000 will be charged for cancel/no-show/refund.
After departure
Refund due will be the difference between the fare paid, and the applicable Published Carrier Fare for travel flown and cancellation fee of IDR1,400,000 applies. There may be no refund value.
