Earn miles when you stay at the following hotels.

Add your 10-digit AMC membership number when booking through the ANA website, or inform the hotel agent when booking your reservation.

  • Depending on the hotel chain, stays at some hotels may not be eligible for mileage accrual.
  • Please confirm the latest information regarding mileage accrual eligibility and the amount of accruable miles with the point of contact for the relevant partner hotel.

When Checking In

Present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card or smartphone app.

When Checking Out

Make sure to get a receipt with your name on it (the name listed on your AMC membership).

Please note, it takes between one and two months in order to get mileage credit added to your membership account. Keep your hotel receipt handy until you've confirmed mileage credit.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

Send the receipt for the stay (must be in the name listed under your AMC membership) as well as the completed Mileage Retroactive Registration Application Form (must arrive within 6 months). Credit card statements showing the hotel stay are not accepted. From there, it'll take between one and two months for mileage to be credited to your membership account.

If enrollment in a hotel membership program is among the conditions, stays which predate such enrollment may not be eligible for mileage accrual. Contact the hotel directly if you have any questions.

Please make copies of your hotel receipt as documents are not returned.

You can find the mailing address associated with the hotel you stayed at on the Partner Hotels tab. Simply click the link of the hotel you stayed at for the address.

Mileage Accrual Terms & Conditions for Partner Hotels

Only hotel stays by the ANA Mileage Club member are eligible for mileage accrual. In addition, only stays which are paid for directly with the hotel are eligible third party booking does not qualify). Confirm when making your reservation that mileage accrual will be honored.

  • If multiple ANA Mileage Club members are staying in the same room, only one member will earn miles.
  • Even if a member makes reservations for multiple rooms, miles will only be accrued for one room.
  • Only the person whose name is on the receipt can earn the miles.
  • Not eligible for mileage accrual: banquet charges at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), ANA co-branded hotels or ANA Hotels; stays at group discount rates; rooms booked using discount rates and payments via coupons
