WELCOME ON BOARD AND THANK YOU FOR FLYING
WITH ANA TODAY.

We offer our sincerest wishes that 2017 proves to be a wonderful year for all of you.

Last year, we endeavored to enhance our international route network to increase customer convenience, adding routes from Narita to two new destinations (Wuhan and Phnom Penh), increasing the number of flights on our Narita-Ho Chi Minh City route, and commencing services on three new routes from Haneda to New York, Chicago, and Kuala Lumpur.

At the same time, our efforts to improve quality have paid off, with ANA receiving the five-star rating from the British company Skytrax for the fourth consecutive year. Last year also saw us take on a number of challenges. We used our Tastes of JAPAN by ANA project to both attract inbound visitors to Japan and also highlight the appeal of Japan’s various regions to aid in their revitalization. In our role as an official partner for the Japanese Olympic Committee and Japanese Paralympic Committee, we also helped with the transportation of Japanese athletes and spectators attending the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.

While keeping an eye out for future opportunities for growth, we will further strive to improve quality this year with the aim of making ANA an airline known for providing its customers with peace of mind, convenience, and comfort, keeping safety always at the foundation of all we do.

In our pursuit of providing customers with greater access to a wider range of destinations, we will steadily proceed with network expansion, beginning with the launch of Narita-Mexico City services in February. As part of our resort strategy, we will also be looking to introduce fully flat seats in Business Class on flights on our Honolulu route. On top of maintaining the largest domestic route network in Japan, we will continue to pursue innovative plans and fare deals to attract inbound visitors to Japan and to spur regional development, and we will also upgrade to fuel-efficient, eco-friendly aircraft with comfortable cabins, such as our flagship Boeing 787 Dreamliner and the Airbus 320/321neo. In addition, we will strive to provide even better passenger transport services as an official partner for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Prepared to flexibly adapt to whatever changes emerge, our executives and employees are fully committed to making every effort to ensure that ANA delivers security, convenience, and comfort to its passengers, while always giving the utmost priority to safety.

We very much hope you will continue flying with us in the coming year.
