Hotels and rental cars that are reserved by the reservation deadline can be used.
Please use the following means to make inquiries about hotel or rental car reservations.

After signing in to ANA Global Hotels or ANA Global Car Rental, click on My Menu at the upper right of the screen and go to My Trips. Then, select the relevant reservation from those listed under Upcoming Trips and cancel it.
You can cancel your reservation yourself using the information in the reservation completion email that you received upon making your reservation.
Select Display/Cancel My Trips and cancel your reservation.
You will need to cancel your reservation and make another one.
Please note that it will not be possible to make new reservations after the deadline and that you will only be able to cancel your reservation.

Products purchased by the application deadline will be delivered by the partner shop within the specified delivery period.
