Seafood Jjigae

This is a Korean style soup featuring a mix of a variety of vegetables, including Kujo-negi, a locally grown leek, and seafood. The jjigae, with elegant aroma and flavor, is seasoned with richly flavored Saikyo-miso, a product of Kyoto.
