Local Specialty of Tottori

For the main dish called Korayaki, plentiful crab meat with crab butter is grilled in the shell and covered with soft and thick egg. Served on the side is "Itadaki," raw rice and vegetables packed into a large deep-fried tofu pocket and slowly cooked in broth.
