Kaga Karinto Choux Rusk
Crispy and crunchy, bite-sized homemade Choux Rusk with baked choux pastry combined with caramelized sugar-soy sauce and butter.
Bean paste with the fragrant Kagaboucha kneaded into it was slowly cooked and finished with Notonodainagon (azuki bean of Noto origin) for refined sweetness. We adorned the surface with gold leaf craftwork of Kanazawa featuring ancient Kanazawa.
