Kagawa's Farmed Yellowtail Teriyaki

Yellowtail is baked with sweet and salty sauce to maxiize the flavor of the fish. Calcium-rich Japanese mustard spinach and shimeji mushroom are dressed with sesame sauce while kumquats are cooked in honey to make them easy to eat.
