Braised oysters

Braise made with richly flavored oysters that absorbed nutrients outflowed to the ocean from the mountains in Ojika Peninsula in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. Its tender texture is realized by cooking fresh oysters twice in a short period of time.
