Cheesecake accompanied with Momotaro Budou Compote
Two types of cheesecake were stacked on a cookie dough base and accompanied with Momotaro budou compote and milk ice cream.
Fuyugaki (Sweet Japanese persimmon) Comfiture (Accompanying cheese plate)
This is a comfiture product made with the Huyuugaki of Okayama origin. We use the Huyuugaki from Kuniyasu farm in Akaiwa-shi, Okayama. Color free, scent-free, and low-sugar at 40%.
