Awayukikan (melty agar jelly) flavored with Hiroshima lemon

The traditional Japanese dessert, which melts like snow on your tongue, was originally made to imitate yuki-dofu, the popular dessert sold at Sanshu Okazakishuku. It is topped with jelly made with Hiroshima lemon.
