ANA’s Original

The main dish features "Awaodori," the local chicken breed with the largest production volume of all local chicken brands in Japan. A dash of fiery hot Mimakara chilies, a specialty of the region, is added in our original sauce to accentuate the sweet and rich flavor of the slowly cooked chicken.

A well-known French restaurant in Ginza, "ESqUISSE" serves a cold vegetable dish containing Japanese ingredients, including Kyoto specialty eggplant, green shiso leaves, and dashi stock made from dried kelp and shiitake mushrooms, boldly arranged in a western style. Rich-tasting miso ramen "Daichi"

No meat is used in producing these noodles. Instead, soybeans are used to create a topping with the texture and flavor of meat, making the ramen even healthier. ■Figuiere Cuvée Magali Rosé 2016 (Côtes de Provence, France)
Having a gorgeous pink color and a refreshing flavor, which create an atmosphere of summer in Europe, this rosé wine has been receiving a lot of attention. The wine pairs well with a variety of food, ranging from fish to meat.

Japanese sake

■Okunotono-Shiragiku Tokubetsu-Junmai (Hakuto Shuzoten Brewery, Ishikawa Prefecture)
This sake is specially selected by Kazuhiko Ota, ANA’s sake advisor. Brewed in Wajima on the Noto Peninsula by the ninth-generation master brewer and his wife, the sake imparts a mild aroma and a clear taste. This product is carefully brewed with soft water and rice polished to an extent equivalent to rice for ginjo sake.

Period: June 2017 to August 2017
Applicable routes: Except for South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and some other Asian routes

■Mimurosugi Tokubetsu-Junmai Karakuchi Tsuyubakaze (Imanishi Shuzo, Nara Prefecture)
Imanishi Shuzo is a long-established brewery in Miwa, Nara Prefecture, where the deity of sake brewing is said to live. Brewed through low-temperature long-term fermentation, this sake imparts a rich rice flavor and has a crisp, clear finish.

Period: June 2017 to August 2017
Applicable routes: South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and some other Asian routes
