Information about ANA Self Service Check-in Machines [International Routes]

Note: The process is the same regardless of whether or not you have completed the check-in procedures.
Note: The actual usage flow may differ according to the kiosk specification of each airport.

  • 1.Initial Screen

    After a few seconds, the Dangerous Goods Screen will be displayed.

  • 2.Dangerous Goods Screen

    Please confirm the various cautions related to hazardous materials and dangerous goods.
    * The display language can be changed at any time by tapping the "Other Language" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

  • 3.Reservation Search Method Screen (different from the previous system)

    Select your preferred method to search for your reservation.
    - If "Search by Reservation Number" is selected, the Enter Reservation Number Screen will be displayed.
    - If "Search by e-Ticket Number" is selected, the Enter e-Ticket Number Screen will be displayed.
    - If "Search by Mileage Card Number" is selected, the Mileage Card Reader Screen will be displayed.
    * Only applicable if your passport was registered to your reservation information in advance.
    - If "Search by Passport" is selected, the Passport Reader Screen will be displayed.
    * Only applicable if your boarding pass was registered to your reservation information in advance.
    - If "Search by Boarding Pass Barcode" is selected, the 2D Barcode Reader Screen will be displayed.

  • 3-1.Search by Reservation Number Screen

    Enter the 6-digit reservation number that is found on your itinerary receipt.
    The Passport Information Registration Screen will be displayed.

  • 3-2.Search by e-Ticket Number Screen

    Enter the 13-digit e-Ticket number that is found on your itinerary receipt.
    The Passport Information Registration Screen will be displayed.

  • 3-3.Mileage Card Reader Screen

    Insert the mileage card that is registered to your reservation information into the card reader slot.
    The Passport Information Registration Screen will be displayed.
    * If you do not have your mileage card with you, please select "Enter Card Number" and input the number manually.

  • 3-4.Passport Reader Screen

    Place the passport that is registered to your reservation information onto the passport reader.
    The Passport Information Confirmation Screen will be displayed.

  • 3-5.2D Barcode Reader Screen

    Place the 2D barcode (QR code) that is printed on the upper right corner of your itinerary receipt onto the barcode reader.
    The Passport Information Registration Screen will be displayed.

  • 4.Passport Information Registration Screen

    Place your passport onto the passport reader to register the relevant information.

  • 5.Passport Information Confirmation Screen

    Confirm that the displayed passport information is correct.

  • 6.Reservation Confirmation Screen

    Check the displayed reservation details and tap the "Confirm" button.
    After the boarding pass has been issued, the Collect Boarding Pass Screen will be displayed.
    - If you wish to confirm your seat location or change your seat selection, tap the "Seat Map" button. The Seat Map Screen will be displayed.
    - If you wish to register your mileage, tap the "Register Miles" button. The Enter Frequent Flyer Program Membership Number Screen will be displayed.

  • 7.Seat Map Screen

    After selecting your desired seat, tap the "Confirm" button.
    Proceed to the Reservation Confirmation Screen again to view the latest details for your reservation.

  • 8.Frequent Flyer Program Membership Registration Screen

    Select the relevant airline or insert the relevant membership card into the card reader slot.
    If an airline is selected, the Enter Frequent Flyer Program Membership Number Screen will be displayed.

    Enter the membership number to register.
    Proceed to the Reservation Confirmation Screen again to view the latest details for your reservation.

  • 9.Country of Residence Registration Screen (only for flights arriving in the U.S. and Canada)

    Please select your country of residence.
    If a country other than the United States was selected, proceed to Destination Selection Screen.
    If the United States was selected, proceed to Register U.S. Residence Information Screen (For non-U.S. citizens)
    *Customers who are entering the United States on a visa need to select their own country as the country of residence.

  • 10.Destination Selection Screen (only for flights arriving in the United States)

    Please select the United States.

  • 10-1.Enter Zip Code Screen (only for flights arriving in the United States)

    Enter the zip code of your address while in the United States.
    If you do not know the zip code, or if you are connecting to a flight to another country, please enter the number "99999."

    Enter the state that you will stay in while in the United States.
    If you are connecting to a flight to another country, enter the name of the destination country as the state name.

    Enter the city that you will stay in while in the United States.
    If you are connecting to a flight to another country, enter the name of the destination city as the city name.

  • 10-4.Enter Address Screen (only for flights arriving in the United States)

    Enter your address while in the United States (street name, hotel name, etc.).
    If you are connecting to a flight to another country, enter the word "TRANSIT."

  • 10-5.Confirm Entered Information (only for flights arriving in the United States)

    After confirming the entered information, tap Continue.
    After the boarding pass has been issued, the Collect Boarding Pass Screen will be displayed.
    ・If you need to register your visa, the Visa Registration Screen will be displayed.

  • 11.Visa Registration Screen (only for flights arriving in the United States)

    Place the barcode of the visa that you are using to enter the United States with onto the reader.
    After the boarding pass has been issued, the Collect Boarding Pass Screen will be displayed.

  • 12.Register U.S. Residence Information Screen(only for flights arriving in the United States)

    Select permanent resident card (Green Card) or resident card, then enter the relevant information.
    After the Boarding Pass has been issued:
    - In NARITA Airport, Collect Check-in Baggage Confirmation Screen will be displayed.
    - In HANEDA Airport, Collect Boarding Pass Screen will be displayed.

  • 13.Check-in Baggage Confirmation screen

    If you do not have baggage to check in, select No Baggage.
    Proceed to the Cllect Boarding Pass Screen.
    If you have baggage to check in, select Have Check-in Baggage.
    Proceed to the Enter Baggage Quantity Screen.

    Select the number of pieces of baggage that you are checking in.
    Proceed to the Collect Baggage Tag Screen.

    Collect your baggage tags.
    The Baggage Check-in Procedures Screen will be displayed.
