Notice to Passengers Holding Indonesian Nationality Transiting in Japan

If you transit within the same airport in Japan, you can apply for a shore pass without a visa which permits temporary entry to a country pursuant to Japanese law.
In circumstances where entry is denied, please note that there are no alternatives to pursue entry. Even when entry is accepted, stay will be limited under certain conditions. For passengers who expect to land in Japan, we recommend obtaining a transit visa or short-stay visa prior to departure.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANA OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (WHETHER CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR OTHERWISE) ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE DENIAL OF PASSENGER'S LANDING BY THE IMMIGRATION OFFICER.
