Customers can hire a vehicle that will drive them in comfort from their home to the relevant airport (Narita, Haneda, Chubu International, Kansai, or Itami), ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Narita, or ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Osaka. Please specify the pickup location and time in advance. The areas which are eligible for free-of-charge service are limited. Please inquire for details regarding the eligible areas. Services are provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of each hire company.

Only daytime reservations can be made at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Narita. Free airport shuttle bus service is available at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Narita (included in the points required for a stay).

  • *Reservations will not be possible when the hotel is fully booked.
  • *Children up to preschool age can occupy the same bed as their accompanying parent or guardian.
Bon Voyage Dinner Vouchers

Customers can enjoy special meal menus at dining establishments located inside ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Narita (Café Cérès), ANA Crown Plaza Hotel Grand Court Nagoya (Star Gate), and ANA Crown Plaza Hotel Osaka (Karin). The vouchers are valid for the day prior to flight departure. (Adult menu: 1 course menu at each restaurant)

Excess Baggage (or ANA Group-operated Sectors Only)

Routes to Australia, as well as China and other Asian Countries (5 points per piece), Routes to Europe and North America (8 points per piece)

  • *For ANA Group-operated international flight sectors only. Cannot be used for sectors which are not operated by ANA Group, domestic flight sectors (when tickets for the international and domestic sectors are issued separately), and sectors operated with aircraft which have fewer than 74 seats. (Flights which are operated by Air Do, Ibex Airlines, Solaseed Air, StarFlyer, and Oriental Air Bridge are not eligible, even if the relevant flight has an ANA flight number.) Reminders for customers who are requesting Job Transfer Compo services for the first time:

  • *Please submit the request by 17:00 (JST), 3 business days prior to the departure date.
  • *The ANA Compo Desk is not available on weekends, national holidays, and the year-end/New Year period (December 29 to January 3).
  • *Service Compo options have different request deadlines, so make sure to check the details for each option when making your selection.
