For Customers Who Are Changing OSAIFU KEITAI Mobile Phones

After changing to a new OSAIFU KEITAI device, registration procedures for the Keitai de Edy Miles service must be completed again or else miles cannot be accrued when Edy from the new device is used. Procedures differ depending on the type of device involved (feature phone or smartphone), so please follow the instructions below.

Changing from a Feature Phone to Another Feature Phone

1. Delete the Keitai de Edy Miles registration and the 10-digit AMC membership number registration from the old OSAIFU KEITAI device.

After launching the AMC mobile app, select Delete AMC Membership Number from the Maintenance menu.

A pop-up window which prompts the deletion of Keitai de Edy Miles registration will be displayed. Select Yes.

2. Register the new device to the AMC mobile app.

Please complete AMC mobile app registration procedures after changing to the new mobile phone in order to use it as an OSAIFU KEITAI device.

  • *For each AMC card, only 1 OSAIFU-KEITAI device can be registered to Keitai de Edy Miles.
  • *Registration of multiple OSAIFU-KEITAI devices to a single AMC membership number is not permitted.
  • *Customers who only wish to use SKiP Service are not required to register for Keitai de Edy Miles.

3. Confirm procedure completion.

The Edy Number and Edy logo will be displayed after Keitai de Edy Miles registration has been completed.

  • *If the number and logo are not displayed, then the procedures have not been completed. Please either try again or contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center if you have any questions. Miles can be earned with Edy payments from the day of the service registration. If Edy on an OSAIFU-KEITAI device is linked to other points, mileage accrual will start from 3 days after Keitai de Edy Miles service registration. Changing to a Smartphone

Please follow the instructions below on ANA website (smartphone site) when changing to an Android device (smartphone) with OSAIFU-KEITAI functionality. AMC membership number registration for SKiP Service as well as Keitai de Edy Miles registration are required.

1. AMC membership number registration (SKiP Service Registration).

Step 1

After logging in, go to My Menu and select View or Update Your Profile, then select Other Information to expand the menu in the Support section.
If you have downloaded the ANA application, select ANA SKY MOBILE in the Menu of the ANA application and then proceed to My Menu.

Step 2

Select SKiP Service and Edy Registration, then select AMC Membership Number Registration (SKiP Service Registration).

Step 3

Verify the last 4 digits of the AMC membership number, then tap Register.

Step 4

Procedures completed.

2. Keitai de Edy Miles registration.

  • *Customers who only wish to use SKiP Service are not required to register for Keitai de Edy Miles.

Pattern A: Customers Who Have Not Completed Initial Setup for Using Edy

Step 1

After logging in, go to My Menu and select View or Update Your Profile, then select Other Information to expand the menu in the Support section.

Step 2

Select SKiP Service and Edy Registration, then select Keitai de Edy Miles Registration.

Step 3

A notification will be displayed if initial setup is required, and you will need to proceed to a Rakuten Edy, Inc. website.

Step 4

Go to the Rakuten Edy, Inc. smartphone website and complete the initial setup for using Edy.

Step 5

After completing initial setup for using Edy, select Keitai de Edy Registration from the NFC-related Services screen again and register you AMC membership number (follow the steps for Pattern B below).

Pattern B: Customers Who Have Completed Initial Setup for Using Edy

  • *If another Edy Number had previously been registered, following the steps below will automatically delete that Edy Number.

After logging in, go to My Menu and select View or Update Your Profile, then select Other Information to expand the menu in the Support section.

Select SKiP Service and Edy Registration, then select Keitai de Edy Miles Registration.

Step 3

Verify the last 4 digits of the AMC membership number, then tap Register.

Procedures completed.

How to Delete Keitai de Edy Miles Registration

Step 1

After logging in, go to My Menu and select View or Update Your Profile, then select Other Information to expand the menu in the Support section.

Step 2

Select SKiP Service and Edy Registration, then select Keitai de Edy Miles Registration.

Step 3

Verify the last 4 digits of the AMC membership number, then tap Delete.

Step 4

Procedures completed.
