Customers can request a replacement card by submitting a request form.

  • *The form must be submitted by the ANA Mileage Club member.

  • ANA Card cardholders should click here for their specific procedures.
  • A new card will be delivered after the procedures have been completed. Please confirm your registered address before completing the procedures.
  • When a replacement card is issued, your ANA Mileage Club membership number will be changed for security reasons. Please read this information before completing the procedures.
  • *The new card will be delivered to the registered address (or new address) in 2-3 weeks. (3-4 weeks will be required for addresses outside Japan.)
  • *Processing may require a few days.
  • *ANA may contact customers during processing for additional confirmation.

  1. Please contact the relevant credit card company.

After contacting the relevant credit card company and completing procedures to replace a lost card, the credit card company will share this information with the ANA Mileage Club Service Center, which in turn will then suspend the mileage account for the lost card. (It may require several days for the credit card company to contact ANA.) Customers who wish to suspend their mileage accounts without waiting for their credit card companies to update ANA are asked to contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center. The mileage balance will be transferred to the new replacement card.

Log into My Page on the Sumitomo Mitsui Card website, complete procedures to lock the account, then contact the Sumitomo Mitsui Prepaid Card Service Desk.
