As of 17:00 on July 3, 2017, ANA Mileage Club Edy Cards will no longer be issued by this form. Please note your ANA Mileage Club Edy card will be reissued to ANA Mileage Club card without Edy function after that time.

  • A new card will be delivered after the procedures have been completed.
  • When the new card is issued, your ANA Mileage Club membership number will be changed for security reasons. Please read this information before completing the procedures.
  • *The new card will be delivered to the registered address (or new address) in 2-3 weeks. (3-4 weeks will be required for addresses outside Japan.)
