Please use up the entire Edy balance on the card.

    Customers who have these cards must check the separate procedures for the relevant card.

  • *ANA may contact customers during processing for additional confirmation.

    Please contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center for information regarding mileage-related services after an ANA Card has been canceled.

    Customers who wish to continue using mileage services after canceling their ANA Card should inform the communicator. A standard ANA Mileage Club Card will be issued and any existing mileage balance will be transferred to it.

    • *The procedures must be completed by the ANA Mileage Club member. Customers who are not able to contact ANA by telephone are asked to use the request form that is found in the Other Inquiries section of the Email Inquiries (ANA Mileage Club) page.
