*Customers who wish to receive their mileage statements by post can do so by paying a service charge of 500 miles per statement. Statements are issued each quarter for a total of 4 times per year (January-March, April-June, July-September, and October-December).

Notes
  • *Statements will be sent to customers who have requested to receive them by post and satisfy any of the criteria below. (Statements will not be sent by post if the issuing criteria are not met. In such cases, the 500 mile service charge will not be deducted.)
  • Customers whose mileage balance has changed within the past 3 months.
    Customers who have applied for retroactive mileage registration within the past 3 months.
    Customers who have redeemed awards/benefits within the past 3 months.
  • *Mileage statements will not be sent for balances with less than 500 miles.
  • *The 500 mile service charge will be deducted at the beginning of the month following the last month of the relevant statement period.
  • *The 500 mile service charge cannot be refunded after it has been deducted, regardless of the delivery status of the statement.
  • *Only mileage statements will be sent. (Previously, other materials had also been included.)
