Flight tickets and ANA e-Tickets - Forgotten or lost flight tickets

If you forget or lose your paper flight tickets on the day of the flight, you can get replacements.

Forgotten paper flight tickets

  • ・If you have forgotten your paper tickets, you must get replacements at the departure airport on the day of the flight.
  • ・Replacement flight tickets will be applied to applicable fares of Premium Flex Fare, Premium Flex Fare(Child), Premium Disability Discount, Flex Fare, Flex Child Fare, Disability Discount, and Special Passenger fees, irrespective of the fare types/rules applicable to lost flight tickets.
  • ・Please take your reissue certificate when collecting your replacement flight tickets.The Repurchase certificate cannot be reissued.
  • ・Please apply for a refund for forgotten flight tickets for later flights within the refund validity period.A specified processing fee will be deducted from the refund of the fare amount of replacement flight tickets.

Documents needed for refunds

  2. Repurchase certificate
  3. Credit card, if the replacement flight tickets were purchased by credit card

Lost paper flight tickets

  • ・ If you have lost your paper tickets, you must get replacements at the departure airport on the day of the flight.
  • ・Replacement flight tickets will be applied to applicable fares of Premium Flex Fare, Premium Flex Fare(Child), Premium Disability Discount, Flex Fare, Flex Child Fare, Disability Discount, and Special Passenger fees, irrespective of the fare types/rules applicable to lost flight tickets.
  • ・Please take your Repurchase certificate when purchasing your replacement flight tickets.The Repurchase certificate cannot be reissued.
  • ・Please report the loss to an ANA Domestic airport counter within the refund validity period for the lost flight tickets.

Refunds

  1. Lost flight tickets will be refunded, less a specified processing fee (or if reissued, refunded from the fare amount of the replacement flight tickets), after a response in writing approximately three months after the refund validity period ends (review period), as long as they have not been used or refunded.
  2. The review period may vary depending on the flight ticket and fare.
  3. The following fees are charged for refunds.
    • ・Investigation fee (flight tickets JPY 2,060, surcharge tickets JPY 1,030)
    • ・Refund fee
    • ・Cancellation fee
    • ・Bank transfer fee

Documents needed for refunds

  1. Reissue certificate
  2. Report of loss
  3. Copy of personal identification
  4. Other (see the information sent by postal mail from the Loss Support Center)
    * If you find the flight tickets, we will make a refund provided it is within three months after the end of the refund validity period of the lost flight tickets.
    * Please have your flight tickets and 1, 2 listed above (for replacement flight tickets paid for by credit card, bring the credit card).

Notes on refunds

  1. Some fares* cannot be refunded if part of the flight tickets have been used unless a reissue certificate is shown.
    * Flex Fare for Tokyo-Osaka Shuttle, Flex Fare for ANA Card Holder, Transit Basic Fare, Transit Basic 7 Fare, Transit Value 28 Fare, Award flights, etc.
  2. The following flight tickets cannot be refunded for any reason if reissued or if boarding is canceled.
    • ・Group flight tickets, Group discount certificates (flight ticket types including package tours or travel products)
    • ・All flight coupons (including ANA@desk flight tickets)
  3. If a flight ticket exchange order (applies to individual comprehensive discount fares) is lost, acquiring replacement flight tickets is essential for a refund.
