Waitlisting is available if seats are not available on your preferred flight.
You can check waitlisting status at the airport in real time from ANA Website.

Waitlisting at the Airport

1. Waitlisting Reception Counter

Waitlisting status for individual routes can be checked using the button below.

*Waitlisting reception counters vary from airport to airport.
*Please proceed to the counter after paying for your ticket.
*Waitlisting numbered tickets issued via Automated Check-in Machine (only if without reservation).

2. Issue of numbered ticket

You will be issued with a waitlisting numbered tickets.Please present your "e-Ticket receipt" or ANA Mileage Club Card.
Take a waitlisting numbered tickets and proceed to Security checkpoint. Waitlisting numbered tickets cannot be issued for a specific flights.

3. Call

【Time】
A call will be made 15 minutes prior to departure time.

【Place】
Please proceed to the designated "waitlisting counter" near the time for start of call.
The "waitlisting counter" will be stated on your waitlisting numbered tickets.

【Baggage】
Please notify the attendant if you would like to check in baggage and bring it to the counter or boarding gate.
*If you would like to check in a pet, please pay the pet fee at the "baggage counter" before passing through departure security.

【Order of the waitlisting call】
The call will be made for each route by type and number shown below.
Your waitlisting numbered ticket will become invalid if you fail to respond when called.
