How to Collect Your 2D Barcode

The following guide will show you how to use the SKiP Service and airport Self-Service Check-in machines to collect your 2D barcode.

Step (1)

Select My Booking on the homepage.

[ANA Mileage Club Members]
Please enter your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number and password to log in.
If you are already logged in, proceed to Step 2.

[Non-ANA Mileage Club Members]
Enter the required details including your departure date, flight number and reservation number, and then press Search.

Step (2)

On the Reservation Details screen, select e-Ticket Receipt.
Non-ANA Mileage Club Members should enter the last 4 digits of the credit card used at the time of purchase, or their 9-digit confirmation number, and then select Next.

*The SKiP service is available if there is a SKiP mark next to your seat number. Please complete your purchase and seat selection if you have not yet done so.

Step (3)

Press Show to display your 2D barcode.

*Depending on your device, the screen to obtain the 2D barcode may differ.

Step (4)

The 2D barcode will be displayed.
On the date of departure, scan the barcode at the security checkpoint and the boarding gate.

*Please make sure to save your 2D barcode as a screenshot, etc., before exiting the application.

If you have an iPhone, please use the Wallet app.
If you have an Android device, please use the ANA app.
