How to Collect Your 2D Barcode
Select "My Booking" from the top page.
[ANA Mileage Club Members]
Please enter your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership no. and password (PIN) to log in. If you are already logged in, proceed to Step 2.
[Non-ANA Mileage Club Members]
Enter the required information (boarding date, flight number, reservation number, etc.) then select Search. Those who are not members of ANA Mileage Club will need either the last four digits of the credit card used for payment or their nine-digit confirmation number. Please have this ready.
・The SKiP service is available if there is a SKiP mark next to your seat number. Please complete your purchase and seat selection if you have not yet done so.
On the day of departure, please scan your 2D barcode at the security checkpoint and boarding gate.
If you have an iPhone, please use the Wallet app.
If you have an Android device, please use the ANA app.
A list of current reservations will be displayed.
Select [Display Details] for the reservation you want to confirm.
*If the purchase or seat allocation process is incomplete, the [Purchase] and [Seat Reservation] buttons will be displayed.
Your reservation details will be displayed.
Select [Collect 2D Barcode] on the screen.
Non-ANA Mileage Club Member Customers: Enter the last 4 digits of the credit card used at the time of purchase, or your 9-digit Confirmation number, then select [Next].
If more than one passenger's details are displayed, select the check box for the passenger who requires a barcode, then proceed to the next screen and select [Collect].
*The 2D Barcode Collection Screen may vary according to aircraft type.
The barcode will be displayed on the screen.Save the barcode, for example as a screenshot. On the date of boarding, tap the barcode against the ticket scanner at Security and the boarding gate.
