Service for customers on ANA international flights departing from Japan

Two types of service are available depending on where you would like to send your baggage.
Please select the service of your choice.

  • *This service utilizes the "Airport TA-Q-BIN" service offered by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.Yamato Transport's TA-Q-BIN Terms and Conditions applies to baggage pick-up and delivery to the airport of departure on your international flight while ANA International Passenger Services Terms and Conditions applies to the international air transport section.

1. Luggage delivery "TEBURA" service (paid)

Have your luggage picked up at your home, hotel or the location you specify in Japan for delivery to the overseas airport of your destination where you can claim it upon arrival.This is a very convenient service that eliminates the need to check your baggage again at the departure airport (Narita, Haneda, Kansai).

  • * This service is not available on U.S. flights (including Honolulu), due to restrictions imposed by the U.S. aviation authorities.
  • *Application for this service is only available from the Yamato Transport Application website found through the ANA website.
    Telephone applications are not being accepted at this time.

On your overseas travel, you can have your large suitcase delivered directly from your home, etc. to the arrival airport overseas.

If requested, we will e-mail you when your luggage is delivered to the airport of departure.
Please register your request when you apply for the service online.

  • The confirmation e-mail will normally be sent in the early evening one day before your boarding date.

Customers with reservations on ANA international flight number operated by ANA (excluding U.S. flights, code-share flights operated by other carriers, other airlines flight number operated by ANA) departing from Narita, Haneda or Kansai Airport

  • * Some exceptions may apply (e.g. customers on a group tour of a travel agency).

[How to use this service]
This service is available after finishing reservation and ticketing for your ANA international flight.

  • [STEP1] Applying for the service
    Click "Apply" on this page.
  • [STEP2] Collection
    The Sales Driver of Yamato Transport will pick up your luggage.
    You will not be requested to fill out the Shipping Label which is already printed.
    Please pay the fee specified (cash only).
  • [STEP3] Departure
    Show the copy of the Shipping Label given at the time of pickup at the check-in counter or the boarding gate at the airport of international departure (Narita, Haneda or Kansai Airport).
    We will give you a copy of the Baggage Tag.
  • [STEP4] Reclaiming your baggage
    When you arrive at the airport of disembarkation, please claim your baggage at the specified baggage claim (turntable, etc.) for your flight.

[Application Period]
Application is accepted starting 30 days prior to your flight out of Japan.The closing date differs depending on the pickup location.For details of the closing date, please see.

  • *To have your luggage picked up in Tokyo (excluding remote islands) for a flight departing from Haneda after 10 p.m., application is accepted up till 3 p.m. one day before (or two days before for a late flight leaving after midnight) your departure date.

Yamato Transport "Airport Delivery Fee" + JPY324 (Luggage delivery "TEBURA" service Fee)

[Important Points]
Fares are provided for one-way service. In case of round-trip bookings, please apply destinations separately.

  1. Items that cannot be accepted
    Under this service, your luggage collected by Yamato Transport will be processed as checked baggage on your flight without being returned to you before departure. Therefore, please note the following.
    ・Baggage exceeding 25kg and/or 160cm cannot be accepted.
    ・Do not place your passport, air ticket in your luggage.
    ・Baggage that contains Items not accepted by Yamato Transport or ANA (valuables, fragile items, perishable foods, other products for which transportation by air is prohibited, etc.) cannot be received.Items that cannot be accepted by Yamato Transport  Items that cannot be accepted by ANA

    *If baggage is found to potentially contain items that cannot be accepted during baggage checks at the airport, a check of your baggage may be requested in the presence of ANA staff.
  2. Excess Baggage Charge
    In case your luggage exceeds the scope of Free Baggage Allowance (as per ANA Conditions of Carriage - International Passenger and Baggage), you will be asked to pay an excess baggage charge.Please see Free Baggage Allowance for ANA International flights.
  3. Changes and cancellation of your reservation
    Even if you change or cancel your flight(s), your reservation details for using this service will not be changed/canceled.
    Please be sure to contact Yamato Transport Service Center promptly.

Use of Online Check-in together with Luggage delivery "TEBURA" service allows you to conveniently proceed directly to the security checkpoint at the airport on the date of your departure.

2. Luggage Delivery Service [paid]

The service allows you to have your luggage picked up at your home, hotel or the location you specify in Japan and claim your luggage at the airport of your departure (Narita, Haneda or Kansai).After collection, check your luggage in at the ANA counter.

TA-Q-BIN Service is available to send your luggage from Narita, Haneda or Kansai Airport to your home, hotel or the location you specify in Japan.
*This TA-Q-BIN Service is not available from overseas locations.

Customers connecting to ANA domestic flights after arriving in Japan on international flights

KAISOKU TAKKU-BIN (Home Delivery)[Paid]
Have your checked luggage on your domestic flight delivered directly to your home, hotel or the location specified in Japan.This convenient service frees you from having to claim your baggage on arrival at the airport of destination.

[How to use this service]
Specify "KAISOKU TAKKU-BIN" when you check your baggage in at your domestic flight counter.
No advance reservation is required.
*This service is not eligible for earning ANA miles.

[Notes]
Apply for "KAISOKU TAKKU-BIN" at the check-in counter of your domestic flight (at Haneda, Domestic Terminal).You cannot apply for the service at the "Narita Connection Baggage Counter" at Narita International Airport and "Connecting Domestic Flights Counter" at Haneda Airport.
