Information on the Baggage Tracing System [International Flights]

Information on the tracing system for baggage that was checked in at the passenger's departure airport but was not available at the arrival airport.

ANA makes every effort to ensure that checked baggage reaches the arrival airport without any problems. However, if your baggage is not available at the arrival airport, ANA will locate it and deliver it to you in cooperation with other airlines as soon as possible. The tracing system shows the current status of your baggage. It should be noted that only customers who take ANA operated flights (ANA/AJX) may use this system.

If your baggage is not found upon arrival...

Step 1

Notify a staff member at the arrival airport.

Step 2

You will be given a reference number.

Step 3

This number can be used to confirm the current status of your baggage from a Web page.

*Please note that if you have connecting flights from ANA to another airline and your baggage does not arrive at your final destination, please inquire with the airline that operated the flight on the last leg of your journey. (The operating airline for code share flights.)You may not use this system in this case.

Once you have completed the claim at the airport, this system offers you the ability to obtain the latest information regarding the location of your delayed baggage online.
To use this service, you will need the reference number given upon arrival along with your name. The reference number is different from the baggage tag number. If you do not have a reference number, contact the service desk at the arrival airport.

2. Enter your reference number and name.

Click "Submit" after entering your reference number and name.

3. Your tracing status results will be displayed.

  2. Your tracing results will be displayed.
  3. "Tag Details"
    Your baggage claim tag number will be displayed.
  4. "Personal Details"
    Your personal details (name, initials, delayed baggage reference number) will be displayed.
  5. "Contact Information"
    Your contact details (telephone number) will be displayed.
  6. "Flight Details"
    Your flight details will be displayed.
  7. "Delayed Bag"
    Details such as the form of your delayed baggage will be displayed.
