Reservations/Service Information email [International Flights]

We support your travel by sending you emails in a timely manner between the time you make the reservation and arrival.

NOTE
  • There are reports that incorrect flight information such as time and flight number is indicated on Gmail.
    For correct information, please click the URL in your email and confirm your "Review Reservation Details" display.

Please be sure to register an email address when making a reservation to ensure receipt of the latest flight information.
It is recommended that you register an address of an email account that can be viewed on a smartphone, tablet or mobile phone.

Addressed to Main Contact person

    Emails are sent with information primarily regarding reservations (including changes/cancellation) and purchases.

    When a purchase is made using the Japan site, a receipt is also attached to the email.

Addressed to passenger

    Emails are sent with information primarily regarding check-in and flight information.

    Address registered at the time of reservation as the "Passenger email address(for your e-Ticket and flight information)". (1 email address can be registered for each passenger.)

Since check-in notification emails will be in HTML format only, they may not display as intended on some devices.
Customers who use feature phones are kindly requested to register an email address which can be accessed via a computer, smartphone, or tablet as the address for receiving emails with e-tickets and check-in information.

Addressed to the person dropping you off or picking you up

* Flights of other carriers and codeshare flights operated by other operating airlines do not apply.

Your security software and email client may cause emails from ANA to be automatically placed in the junk email or trash folders, or even deleted. Please set your email system to receive emails from ana.co.jp and amadeus.com* in advance.
