* Reservations cannot be changed via ANA SKY MOBILE (mobile website) for feature phones (traditional mobile phones).

Application & ticketing period
[Application period]
Please apply between 330 days and 4 days prior to boarding (not including your day of departure).

* Award bookings on partner airlines circumstantially cannot be made for travel even within 330 days prior boarding date due to partner airlines condition. Please book after confirming your flights displayed on ANA SKY WEB. * When using Shanghai Airlines for Chinese domestic sectors, Reservations for each flight schedule are required from one month before the start of summer and winter schedules.
• Summer schedule: From the last Sunday of March to a day before the last Sunday of October.
• Winter schedule: From the last Sunday of October to a day before the last Sunday of March.
* When using Shenzhen Airlines, Reservations for each flight schedule are required from two months before the start of summer and winter schedules.
[Ticketing period]
Ticketing will be issued upon the completion of reservations for all sections of your itinerary on which you will use awards. However, if you were informed of a ticketing period, we require the procedure to take place during that period. Please understand that if ticket is not issued during this period, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

[Open ticketing]
Open tickets cannot be issued.

* If any segment starting with the second one occurs prior to the application period when booking the first segment, book each one after your application is accepted.

* When applying by Internet, you are automatically signed up for a round trip. Please make your reservation 330 days prior to boarding your return flight.

Ticket Service Charge

Ticket Service Charge will apply for Partner Flight Awards issued through the ANA Mileage Club Service Center, or city offices. The Ticket Service Charge for the Japan region is 2,160 yen (tax included). Please refer to the table below for other regions.
However, no charges apply when customers issue flight tickets via the Internet (ANA SKY WEB [website].

* Charge applies for one set of flight tickets for one customer.

* Does not apply to infants under the age of two who do not use a seat.

* Exchange/Reissued Service Charge for Award ticket will not be applicable.

Waitlisting (including ANA flights) is not offered.
Awards reservations must be made for all segments. Open tickets cannot be issued.
About changes after applying

It is now possible to change a stopover(stay of more than 24 hours) to an ordinary transfer (transit within 24 hours) or vice versa.

[Approval for changes]

・After ticketing, you can change your departure date within the ticket's validity period.

* Please note that reservations are not permitted more than 330 days in advance.

・When changing of your booking, you may be asked to pay the balance for various taxes including fuel surcharges. You will be informed the amount if there is any when changing your reservation.

[Disapprove for changes]

・After the application, the passenger's name and the person who redeems the mileage cannot be changed.

・No changes in airlines, passengers, segments, destination, stopovers, transit points are allowed.

・Your booked class cannot be changed except for the following cases.

* If there is seat available for lower class booking can be changed to lower class cabin. However, mileage for such changes is not returned when changing a reservation to a lower cabin class.

* When flight award tickets are issued using mileage for an upgraded cabin class, booking change can be made to upper class when there is an available seat in an upgraded cabin class.

・The Partner Flight Award is not permitted to change ANA Flight International Awards.

[How to change]
Booking changes are only possible when changes are made through AMC Service Center in Japan or overseas during business hours. Booking changes are accepted from 330 days to 4 days prior to the desired date of travel (not including actual date of travel). It is not possible to change to an open ticket or to apply for wait listing.

* You cannot change your flight booking at airport.

[ About changes via website ]

・You can change until 4 days prior to your departure date(first departure flight).

・Please contact ANA Mileage Servise Center in case of the following situations.

・Changes including the first reserved flight in your itinerary

・Changes to lower class cabin for lower class booking

・Changes in case of the family mile award redemption.

・No changes from stopover to transit points, neither transit points to stopovers are allowed.

* You may not change via ANA SKY WEB in case of applying by phone,ANA Mileage Club Service Center.

How to receive awards ticket

* You cannot receive it at airport.
You will be using a e-Ticket. With the e-Ticket, there is no need for you to carry around a paper ticket. This extremely convenient system allows you to simply check in at the airport after your reservations are made.

You can receive award ticket by mail, email, or at an ANA branch office. If sent by mail or email, award tickets will only be sent to the member at the member's registered address.

Using e-Tickets
"Award User Registration" is required for those other than the member to use the Awards. Please register award users through the "members-only functions".

* You may be asked to provide documentation verifying your family relationship with the member.
* Other than as stipulated in the "Refund policy for unused awards", redeemed miles cannot be refunded to a mileage account or redeemed for different Awards, even if Awards have not been delivered or used.
