About Logging In

Logging in consists of entering your ANA Number and password on the ANA SKY WEB site. This allows you to access ANA Mileage Club member services such as the following

For ANA flight reservations, if you have already registered your name, contact information, sectors, fares, and credit card number, they will be automatically entered so you can easily make reservations and purchasing tickets.

  • ・You can confirm your service status ("Diamond Service," "Platinum Service," etc.), mileage balance, premium point.
  • ・Receive personalized service and campaign information. Enrollment in campaigns are easier than ever.

About Your ANA Number

What is an ANA Number? It's the 10-digit number on the front of the card ANA Mileage Club Card VISA, MasterCard, JCB, eLIO Diners ClubYour 10-digit ANA Number is needed to make online ticket reservations, calculate accrued mileage, sign up for discounts and special offers, and when contacting ANA SKY WEB for assistance. If you have an ANA (Credit) Card, please note that your ANA Number is different from that credit card number.
If you ever lose your card, change your name through marriage, or would just like to change the type of card, a new ANA Number will be issued.

About Your Password(PIN)

Your Password(PIN) can be changed at anytime through a 24-hour voice menu or through ANA SKY WEB. The change will take effect immediately, and you’ll need to enter the new Password(PIN) the next time you login.

Please do not share your Password(PIN) with others.

We strongly recommend that you change your Password(PIN) on regularly.

About Logging In

There are two ways of logging in to the ANA Mileage Club service pages. You can choose to type in your ANA Number and Password(PIN) each time, or you can allow the system to remember you through the use of cookies.
  1. Entering your information each time
    The standard login method requires you to enter your ANA Number and Password(PIN) each time.
  2. Have your computer login automatically using cookies
    You can have the site remember you by selecting “Keep me logged in.” However, for security reasons, you will still be prompted for your Password(PIN) when accessing certain services (e.g. ticket registration) and when editing your profile.

About Login Locations

The following pages also require login. If you visit the top page after logging in from these pages, you will have access to all the various ANA Mileage Club member services.
  • Online Ticket Registration for International and Domestic Flights
    Login is required if you wish to use your ANA Number and Password(PIN).
  • Using ANA Mileage Club Member Discounts and Special Offers
    Login is required to redeem mileage and to register and edit your profile.
  • Feedback and Comments to ANA
    Login is required to access the forms for sending comments and feedback to ANA.

  • ・To protect your personal information from a third party, when using a computer that others may have access to, we recommend that you log out after your session.
  • When a symbol is displayed on the Top Page as shown in the figure, access to basic information such as customer's reservation information, mileage information and member profile are available. End your session by closing all of your browsers or by clicking logout.
  • ・Please be careful with your customer number and password. Also, we recommend that you change your password frequently. You can change your password by clicking on "Change Password" through "Members Only Functions."
  • ・When using members only functions such as booking a flight, you will be required to re-enter your customer number and password if your session has elapsed approximately 60 minutes since login.
  • ・The customer number and password provided through the Members Only Top Page will be transmitted through SSL.
  • ・If the cookie is disabled, you cannot login.
  • ・IE6.0 SP2 or higher users
    • Please go to "Temporary Internet Flies" of your browser setting and choose a setting besides "Never." The instructions for the setting change will be the following:
      From File Menu,
      Tools>"General"Tab>"Internet Temporary File">from "Check for newer versions of stored pages," choose a setting besides "Never."
