AIRDO Codeshare Information

For code-share flights operated by partner airlines' aircraft and crew members, airport procedures and in-flight services vary according to the standards of each airline. Please check the following information when using a code-share flight.

Service Description
Check-in

Check in online or at an ANA check-in counter.
* Due to the migration of our Japan domestic passenger service system starting on May 19, online check-in via the operating airline's website will be required for codeshare flights operated by partner airlines. Online check-in will not be available via ANA SKY WEB or the ANA App.
* Please click here to see system migration status for each airport.
* If your first flight segment is an ANA-operated flight and you are connecting to a partner airline-operated flight that allows Through Check-in, you can use online check-in via ANA SKY WEB or the ANA App if you meet the conditions.

• Passengers Departing from Obihiro Airport
Check in online or at an AIRDO counter.

• Passengers Departing from New Chitose Airport or Haneda Airport
Check in online or at an AIRDO counter.
Baggage check-in is not available at an AIRDO counter.

Seat Selection Same as ANA operated flights (seat selection timing may be different).
Confirmation of
flight number
Your boarding pass may only show the operating airline's flight number. The information displays inside the airport will show both the ANA and ADO flight numbers.
Minimum Transit

Same as ANA operated flights
Reservations and Ticketing at Airports Reservations/ticketing/reservation changes/refunds for codeshare flights are not available at Obihiro Airport.
Baggage (Carry-
on Baggage)

Carry-on Baggage Requirements
The following is the carry-on baggage limit per passenger (excluding infants who do not use seats). However, carry-on baggage must be safely stored in the overhead bins or under the seat in front of you.

Boarding until {yyyy-mm-dd-1}
Number--- 1 piece, in addition to personal items such as handbags and umbrellas.
Weight--- Within 10kg
Size--- The total of the 3 sides should not exceed 115 cm, with the length, width, and height not exceeding 55 cm × 40 cm × 25 cm respectively.

Boarding on/after {yyyy-mm-dd-2}
Number--- One personal item such as a handbag or shoulder bag + one item of carry-on baggage.
Weight--- Personal item + Carry-on baggage = 10 kg 
Size--- Personal item = An item that can be stored under the seat, Carry-on baggage = An item with total linear dimensions within 115 cm.

Premium Member Services

Flights Departing on or Before {yyyy-mm-dd-1}
Lounges
• ANA Premium members (primary members and accompanying passengers), ANA Card Premium members (primary members) and Star Alliance Gold members (primary members and accompanying passengers) can access our lounges when traveling on a flight with an ANA flight number.
* Please present your Premium Member status ANA Card and boarding pass on which your flight can be confirmed to a member of staff at the lounge reception.
* Please note that priority boarding is not available on flights operated by AIRDO.

Flights boarding on or after {yyyy-mm-dd-2}
ANA Premium Members can use the following services when traveling under an ANA flight number. In order to use these services, please show either your ANA Mileage Club app digital card or Premium status card to a member of staff.

Lounges
You can use ANA lounges and shared lounges with which ANA has a contract. Please present your Premium Member status card and boarding pass to a member of staff at the lounge reception. For details, please refer to the ANA Lounge Service page.

Cabin attendants Only Airdo cabin attendants will be on board.
In-flight services We offer free services such as hot coffee and soup.
Please enjoy the ANA in-flight magazine "Wingspan".
Other in-flight services are provided according to AIRDO's standard.

Mileage

Boarding until {yyyy-mm-dd-1}
• Applicable only when boarding with an ANA flight number. Members of partner companies are eligible for mileage earning and award use as ANA flights.

Boarding on/after {yyyy-mm-dd-2}
• ANA miles can only be registered if you are traveling with an ANA flight number. Members of partner companies are eligible for mileage earning and award use as ANA flights.
* Mileage from Star Alliance member airlines, Star Alliance Connecting Partners and mileage partner airlines is not eligible for mileage accrual.
* Due to a system migration from 19 May to 9 June (planned), your FFP may still appear on your boarding pass, but it is not eligible for accrual.

For Customers with Disabilities

For the following customers, please contact the ANA Consultation Desk for Customers with Disabilities after making a reservation. (There may be instances when you are unable to board a flight operated by AIRDO).

  • Customers who are severely injured, customers who have difficulty walking alone, customers who use electricchairs, customers who are visually impaired (when a blind customer is boarding alone), or customers who require a medical oxygen cylinder.
