If you did not register your mileage before your flight, or were unable to do so due to system-related issues at the operating airline, you can register your mileage retroactively within the 6 months following the departure date.

Registering Mileage Before Departure
Register your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number when making your ticket reservation. If you will be flying with a partner airline, please also present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card during check-in.

If you wish to register for a mileage program with one of our partner airlines, please do so during check-in.
Customers who register their ANA Mileage Club membership number before flying should also make sure to retain the requisite documents for retroactive mileage registration (for ANA Japan domestic flights, ANA international flights, or partner airlines) until the miles have been credited to their mileage balance.
