Information on the Introduction of Time and usage limited miles
Thank you very much for your continued and loyal support of the ANA Group.
From April 11, 2022 onward, we will introduce time and usage limited miles for campaigns, etc.

Miles earned through flights and Life Solution Services will still be available for all purposes and will be accrued to group 1 (Miles) with a validity period of 36 months.
Miles earned through campaigns, etc. will be accrued to group 2, 3 or 4 (refer to above), and depending on the group, their validity period and the benefits for which they can be used will differ.

Life Solution Services is a general term for the various services that people use in their daily lives (such as shopping services) and excludes flights.

The miles earned through some campaigns may be accrued to group 1 (Miles). The mileage account group and validity period will be announced on the relevant campaign page.

Miles Accrued Until April 10, 2022
- All miles are valid until the end of the month 36 months after their accrual.
- They can be used for all benefits and procedures.

Miles accrued by April 10, 2022 will be transferred to group1 (Miles) without their validity periods being changed.
Miles Accrued from April 11, 2022
- The validity period of these miles and the purposes for which they can be used will be specified for each campaign.

Miles earned through campaigns that start by April 10, 2022 will be accrued to group1 (Miles).
Handling of Miles with the Same Validity Period in Different Mileage Account Groups
Miles will be deducted in order of validity period, starting with those soon to expire. If you have miles in different groups, they will be deducted in the following order: group 4 (Miles related to aviation services "Time limited"), group 3 (Miles ”Time and usage limited"), group 2 (Miles”Time limited"), and then group 1 (Miles).
Validity Period of Miles Belonging to Diamond Service Members
For customers with Diamond Service membership, the validity periods of any unused miles will be extended so that they do not expire during the membership period. If a customer's Diamond Service membership stops, any unused miles will expire at the end of the month 36 months after that point.
Validity Period of Miles Belonging to Million Milers (Customers with 1,000,000 or more ANA Lifetime Miles)
The validity period of any unused miles will be extended indefinitely.
