Revisions to the "ANA Privacy Policy"
We have revised the contents of our Privacy Policy as part of our regular revision based on the California Consumer Privacy Act in order to respond appropriately to laws and ordinances regarding personal information.
The revised Privacy Policy will be effective from November 1, 2022.
There is no substantial change to the items of personal information to be acquired, or the purpose of use of personal information, as a result of these additions and revisions.
Major revisions
1. Chapter 1. 3. Purpose of using personal information
We have clearly stated that we may analyze customer information in order to provide information in line with the customer's interests and preferences.
2. Chapter 1. 4. Acquisition of personal information
We have clearly stated the relevant section of the ANA Cookie Policy to refer to for details on the purpose of use of cookies and other related matters in (5).
3. Chapter 1. 5. Acquisition of personal-related information
We have added a provision to the effect that we may receive personal-related information about customers from third parties, and that we will handle such information appropriately if we will use it as personal information.
4. Chapter 1. 14. Disabling cookies and advertising identifiers
We have added a provision about disabling cookies and advertising identifiers.
5. Chapter 4. Handling of personal information of California residents by ANA
No revisions have been made to the content of this Chapter as part of our regular revision.
We will continue to make efforts to handle personal information appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
