Partial Restriction of System Functions due to Scheduled Maintenance of International Flight Reservations System

Impact on Reservation-related System Functions
Between 08:00 on September 25 and midnight on September 26 (JST) , 2019, customers with affected reservations will be temporarily unable to use certain functions on the ANA website related to flight reservations (e.g., itinerary changes/cancellations, advance seat reservations, requests for special in-flight meals).
Please perform the procedures via the ANA website from September 27 onward.

Effect on Notification Emails for Waitlisted Customers for Whom a Seat Becomes Available
Between 08:00 on September 25 and 18:00 on September 27 (JST) , 2019, notification emails for waitlisted customers for whom a seat becomes available may be delayed by up to 24 hours.
Ticketing deadlines will be extended for reservations with tight ticketing deadlines due to delayed receipt of the notification email.
Please confirm the ticketing deadline on the ANA website.
Effect on Flight Award Reservations
New reservations (including waitlisting requests) and changes to existing reservations will be temporarily unavailable as outlined below.
