The following fees may be charged in addition to the fare.
Charges are including tax.
The fare will be applicable to flights on or after {yyyy-mm-dd-2}.

Notice

  • For boardings on/after {yyyy-mm-dd-2}, the descriptions on the reservation search page for Japan domestic flights will change from "Premium Class" and "Economy Class" to "First Class (Premium Class)" and "Economy Class" respectively. There are no plans for any changes to the service following this change in terminology.

Pet Fees

When traveling with your pet, you will be asked to pay a separate pet fee.
Your pet will be checked in at the airport counter on the day of departure. Please come to the counter early as more time will be required than regular check-in procedures.

  • *1 Routes within Hokkaido, Tokyo (Haneda)-Hachijojima, Fukuoka-Tsushima/Goto Fukue/Miyazaki, Nagasaki-Tsushima/Iki/Goto Fukue, Okinawa (Naha)-Miyako/Ishigaki/Okinoerabu/Amami, Kagoshima-Tanegashima/Yakushima/Kikaijima/Okinoerabu/Yoron/Amami/Tokunoshima, Amami-Kikaijima/Tokunoshima/Yoron, Tokunoshima-Okinoerabu, Kumamoto-Amakusa, Miyako-Ishigaki

For transit cases, Route refers to the journey from the point of origin to the final destination, and the applicable fee will be charged accordingly. However, the fee will be charged separately for each segment in the following cases:

  • When the itinerary includes flights operated by Japan Air Commuter or Amakusa Airlines.
  • When the segments are booked under different reservation numbers (e.g., booked in two separate transactions).

  • * For codeshare flights with Japan Air Commuter, baggage exceeding a total weight of 100kg per person (or 45 kg for aircraft with fewer than 50 seats) will not be accepted.
  • * For codeshare flights with Amakusa Airlines, baggage exceeding a total weight of 45kg per person will not be accepted.

  • When the segments are booked under different reservation numbers (e.g., booked in two separate transactions).

Two or More Restrictions are Exceeded

When among weight, size, and number of items, two or more criteria are exceeded, the total sum of all applicable excess baggage charges will apply.

Example: When traveling from Okinawa to Haneda on Economy Class

Baggage allowance specified for each fare plus 1 piece (27 kg per piece)

Exceeding by one piece and overweight
JPY 5,500 (baggage allowance specified for each fare plus 1 piece) + JPY 1,100 (overweight)
Excess baggage charge = JPY 6,600

Cabin Baggage Fees

A single passenger requiring two or more seats can purchase additional seats. Cabin Baggage Fees applies if you are bringing baggage that exceeds the carry-on size into the cabin(such as musical instruments, paintings and precision machinery).

  • In the event of cancellation after the departure time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the fee amount excluding tax will be charged (only consumption tax will be refunded).

Extra seats

A single passenger requiring two or more seats can purchase additional seats.
You are using Extra seats, the fllowing fares apply:
Flex,Standard

Free baggage allowance (32 kg/piece for First Class and 23 kg/piece for Economy Class) is available for each extra seat.

  • In the event of cancellation after the departure time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the fee amount excluding tax will be charged (only consumption tax will be refunded).

Excess Value Charge

JPY 150,000 per passenger is the indemnity limit for baggage and/or personal belongings (the amount to be paid if the ANA is responsible for the damage to the baggage, etc.) when the value of the baggage was not declared. If the actual value exceeds JPY 150,000, please consult the airport staff when checking in regarding the Excess Value Charge system.
