Revision of the ANA Privacy Policy
Thank you for your patronage of ANA and the ANA Mileage Club.
We have revised the contents of chapter 4 "Handling of personal information of California residents by ANA" of our Privacy Policy based on the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended under the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020.
The revised version of the privacy policy has come into effect on July 1, 2023.
There is no substantial change to the items of personal information to be acquired, or the purpose of use of personal information, as a result of these additions and revisions.
Major Revisions
1. Chapter 4. 1. (Acquisition and use of personal information) and 3.(Sensitive personal information)
We have added a provision about handling of sensitive personal information.
2. Chapter 4. 2. (The disclosure of personal information)
We have added a provision about the sharing of personal information.
3. Chapter 4. 4. (Retention of personal information)
We have added a provision about the retention period for personal information.
4. Chapter 4. 5. (Request about handling of personal information)
We have added a provision about the right to correct and the right to opt-out of sharing.
We will continue to make every effort to ensure that your personal information is handled appropriately in accordance with our privacy policy.
