Haneda Airport Departure/Arrival Terminals

Both Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 are used for ANA-operated international flights departing from and arriving at Haneda Airport.
If your departure/arrival terminal is stated as (0), you are scheduled to arrive at/depart from either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. Please check the latest details via the Flight Status page before your flight.

  • Please note that the departure areas for international and domestic flights are different at Haneda Airport Terminal 2.

  • Flights other than those departing from Haneda Airport Terminal 2 listed above will depart from Haneda Airport Terminal 3. Please bear this is mind.
  • The terminals that will be used starting from October 27, 2024 may be subject to change. Please check this via the Flight Status page. This may be subject to change due to operational reasons.
  • The above plan is applicable for international flights operated by ANA. International flights operated by other airlines and codeshare flights will continue to depart from and arrive at the Terminal 3 regardless of the route.
  • Flight NH205 to Vienna resumes operation in August.

Haneda Airport Terminal 2 International Flights Check-in Counter Information

Passengers Arriving by Train or Monorail

1. Upon arrival at Terminal 2, proceed to security checkpoint D on the 2nd floor.

2. Take the escalator next to the INTERNATIONAL sign and go up to the 3rd floor to the international flights check-in counter.

Passengers Arriving by Taxi or Bus*1

1. Enter Terminal 2 through the doors on the 2nd floor (Door 7 will be the nearest), turn right and proceed to security checkpoint D.

2. Take the escalator next to the INTERNATIONAL sign and go up to the 3rd floor to the international flights check-in counter.

  • *1 For passengers arriving by terminal shuttle bus, please proceed to security checkpoint D on the 2nd floor.

Passengers Arriving by Car (When Using Parking Lot P3 or P4)*2

Exit via the parking lot pedestrian corridor, turn right and proceed until you reach the end, where you will find the international flights check-in counter.

International Flights Check-in Counter

  • *2 If you use parking lot P1 or P2, please come to Terminal 2 via the terminal shuttle bus or the B1 pedestrian corridor.

Arrival

For international flights arriving at Haneda airport, the scheduled arrival terminal will be displayed 24 hours prior to departure in "Flight Status" page on ANA website, and will be confirmed 2 hours before arrival.

  • * If the terminal is stated as (0) or - (hyphen) under My Booking on the ANA Website or ANA App, you are scheduled to arrive at/depart from either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. Please check this via the "Flight Status" page.
