Receipt issuing service [Japan Domestic Flights]

Here you will find information on how to issue receipts and use the Receipt Web Display Service. The following information applies to flights departing on or after May 19, 2026.

Regarding Japanese invoice system

Receipts that have met the requirements of the invoice system can be displayed on the ANA app and ANA website.

If you are requesting these receipts, you will also need to provide the date on which the taxable assets were transferred (the actual boarding date). Please select the item in the Receipt Web Display Service options and also store the displayed flight ticket details.
The boarding pass, e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt, Security Certificate or Boarding Information form can also be used as a document with the written actual departure date. Because ANA's air transportation business is permitted to deliver qualified simplified invoices as specified in Article 70-11(4) of the Order for Enforcement of the Consumption Tax Act, the receipt issued will be a qualified simplified invoice.

  • * Note that if you have a receipt that does not have the ANA Registration Number listed on it, you can display a receipt that lists the registration number by using the Receipt Web Display Service.

Regarding receipt issuance

From February 1, 2024, we are no longer able to issue receipts for the following at any airports or the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center throughout Japan.

  • Combining multiple receipts into one receipt
  • Dividing one receipt into multiple receipts
  • Issuing a receipt for an amount different from the amount received

Issue eligibility

Receipts can be issued via ANA for flight tickets purchased through designated locations.

  • ANA app
  • ANA Website
  • ANA Reservation and Information Center
  • ANA Japan domestic flight airport counters

Notes

  • Receipts cannot be reissued.
  • For Japan Domestic Flight Awards, receipts will only be issued if the itinerary contains a flight departing from or arriving at an airport for which a domestic passenger facility charge (PFC) is payable. Such receipts will show the amount paid for the PFC.
  • Receipts for charges (reservation change fee/cancellation fee) cannot be issued from the ANA website. Please contact the ANA Reservation and Customer Service Center in Japan or the U.S.

Cases in Which Receipt Inquiries Must be Directed at the Store of Purchase

  • Purchases from a source other than ANA, such as a travel agency, etc.
  • Receipt for tickets issued by airlines with which it has interline transportation agreements with ANA.
  • Receipt for Japan domestic tour packages

Issuance Periods/Methods

Below you will find information on how to issue and obtain receipts at the airport and how to issue them via the Receipt Web Display Service.
The period for issuing receipts and the number of times you can do so will vary depending on the method you use.

This service displays receipt for tickets purchased on the ANA website, through the ANA Reservation and Customer Service Center in Japan or the U.S., or at ANA Japan domestic flight airport counters.

How to Obtain

Click on the Receipt Search button to view a receipt. Alternatively, go to the ANA app and ANA website, click on the Receipt/Certificate for Boarding button, and then perform the necessary procedures.

  • Receipts can be viewed by passenger.
  • You can choose to show or hide the details.

Cases where the Receipt Web Display Service may not be available:

  • Reservation change fee, cancellation fee
  • Following a change of itinerary, the total flight ticket amount including fare differences
  • Following a change of itinerary, the amount of the original ticket
  • * Only receipts for additional charges can be issued following a change of itinerary.
  • Tickets purchased via a travel agency (please contact the agency from which you purchased the ticket)
  • Tickets issued by another airline (please contact the airline from which you purchased the ticket)

There may be other cases in which you cannot use the "Receipt Web Display In such cases, requests can be made via the Receipt Application Form.

Receipt Application Form

The Receipt Application Form can be used to request a receipt if it is difficult for you to obtain a receipt at the airport, or you cannot use the Receipt Web Display Service.
Please click on the ANA Mileage Club Member Passengers button or the General Access button to go to the form. You can choose to receive the receipts via postal mail or email.

Notes on Using the Receipt Application Form

  • Delivery will take a week to 10 days.
  • * When there are a high number of inquiries, delivery may take more than 10 days.
  • Email:
    This will be sent to the email address registered in your reservation record.
  • Postal Mail:
    Delivery is available to addresses within Japan.
  • In the event of a refund, receipts for cancellation fee will be issued.
  • For flight tickets purchased using ANA SKY COINS, the amount of ANA SKY COINS used will be listed in a proviso.
