Information

As COVID-19 related movement restrictions continue to ease and the public becomes more accustomed to it, we are experiencing a significant increase in inquiries. This high volume of inquiries has made it difficult to reach us by phone.
The volume of email inquiries has also increased, and in some cases, it may take us several days to reply.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.
We reply to enquiries by email by departure date order, so if your departure date is further away, it may take some time to reply.
Please note that the information regarding prolonged waiting times at ANA Contact Center may resolve your question.

The information counter hours of operation (Japanese/English) have been changed as follows.

  • Business hours (Japan Standard Time): 8:00 - 19:00, 22:00 - 8:00 (open year around)

Reservations, Purchases and Flights

Attention

  • In case of reservation changes on a ticket purchased in Indian Rupee, credit card option is unavailable on our website or over the phone, due Indian regulations. Kindly contact follwing office.
  • * For new tickets to be issued, credit card payment is accepted on our Indian website.
  • Customers who have purchased a flight ticket originating in India requiring a GST invoice should contact the follwing office within 24 hours of purchasing the ticket and provide the following information.
  1. 15-digit Goods and Services Tax Number (GSTN), company name
  2. Goods and Services Tax Business Address (GSTA)
  3. Goods and Services Tax Business Phone Number (GSTP)
  4. Goods and Services Tax Business Email (GSTE)
  • * Please note that it will take at least one month until the GST invoice is issued.

Forgotten Articles and Delayed/Damaged Baggage

  • Lost items will be kept at the arrival airport. If you have left something behind, please contact the relevant arrival airport.
  • If you first notice the damage after leaving the arrival airport, please report it to the airport at which you arrived no later than seven days after the date of receipt (excluding the date of receipt).
  • Note that in some cases articles which are discovered within the airport rather than the aircraft cabin may be kept within the airport building or the local police station. Please inquire after confirming who you should contact.

  • Customers that use an ANA-operated flight departing from an EU member country, the U.S. or Mexico can register emergency contact details with ANA in the case of an accident.
  • Customers that wish to register this information should print out the appropriate emergency contact information form below, complete the required sections of the form, and hand it to airport staff at the boarding gate on the day of departure from their home country.
  • Note: Collected emergency contact information will not be used for commercial purpose. The information will be disposed of appropriately after the flight arrives at its destination.
