Transfer to another ANA flight or a refund will be made for delays or cancellations of scheduled flights due to inclement weather, etc.
It is not possible to change reservations on the ANA website less than 20 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure.
Please complete the procedures within the timescale(s) given below after a flight delay or cancellation has been decided. Changes: Once the flight delay/cancellation is confirmed, transfer procedures must be completed 20 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure.
Refunds: Within 1 year and 30 days since the travel start date (or if not yet started, the issuing date)
The customer will be responsible for the various costs incurred (transport, accommodation) when changing flights due to bad weather, etc.
* Your Reservation Number / e-Ticket Number will be required.
* As your cabin class has changed, we will refund you the resulting price difference. We will inform you of the actual refund amount via email as soon as your refund has been processed.
