Customers Using Okayama, Hiroshima, Matsuyama, and Kochi Airports

We are accepting requests for flight ticket refunds and changes regardless of actual flight status from any customers scheduled to use Okayama, Hiroshima, Matsuyama, or Kochi airports.

Due to heavy rain, there are currently suspensions and other changes to public transport services connecting these airports with their respective cities.
There are also sections of public highways which have been closed or subject to traffic restrictions.
Customers should check operational information with the relevant public transport provider.
