Promo mechanics:
- Every Php 2,000 purchase (cash or credit card) from any Botejyu branches will entitle the customer to one e-raffle coupon entry.
- To participate in the e-raffle, customer must scan the QR code or visit https://ana.ms/Botejyu and register with his/her complete name, mailing address, contact number and email address. Copy of the official receipt must be uploaded to complete the entry process. Receipts must be legible to avoid disqualification from the raffle.
- Promo period: July 16 to October 15, 2025
- Deadline of submission of e-raffle Promo entries is on October 15, 2025, 10:00 pm. Two (2) winners will be drawn on October 21, 2025.
- Announcement of winners will be on November 11, 2025 via website of Botejyu Philippines. Winners will receive a registered mail, email and a call from Botejyu PH authorized representative.
Terms and Conditions:
- One (1) winner from Luzon and one (1) winner from Visayas/Mindanao will be drawn on October 21, 2025 at 4:00pm. E-raffle draw for the Promo will be held in Botejyu PH Head Office at 9F Tektite East Towers, Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, in the presence of DTI and Botejyu PH representatives.
- A participant can only win once. Winners will be notified through contact information provided and registered mail on how and where to claim the prize.
- Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize certificate from Botejyu at the VIFRI office. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of Botejyu PH with the prior approval of DTI.
- Prize redemption center for Visayas or Mindanao winner will be the nearest Botejyu branch in their area.
- Upon redeeming his/her prize, winner will be given until July 15, 2026 to travel via All Nippon Airways (except December 2025, March 28 to April 5, 2026 Holy Week and April 29 to May 5, 2026 Japan Golden Week).
- Passport should be valid at least 6 months before travel date. The 20% prize tax, fuel surcharge, out-of-pocket expenses, meals, travel tax/ insurance, visas, and any other ancillary costs including travel cost from province to Manila, except as stated above, incurred by a winner and his/her companions are the responsibility of the individual prize winner and, where applicable, their nominated guest.
- Winners must present registered notice together with two (2) valid forms of identification or government-issued photo I.D., including Driver's License, SSS I.D., Passport, Birth Certificate, TIN card and a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN). In addition, each winner must present the email notification and registered mail.
- If the winner's authorized representative will be collecting the prize certificate, the following must be presented: an authorization letter from the winner, photocopy of winner's valid identification (Passport, Driver's License or SSS I.D. of both the winner and his/her representative, and a copy of the winner's TIN), winner's registered mail notice and screenshot of the email notification from Botejyu PH.
- General terms and conditions of sponsoring Airline Company and Travel Agency will apply.
- Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash or any other item.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold VIFRI, Botejyu and its affiliates free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
- VIFRI reserve the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as relevant to the Promo, in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.
- All employees, Management and Board of Directors of VIFRI and its sponsors and accredited advertising agencies and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
- VIFRI and ANA's decision as regards the Promo mechanics, winners and prizes, with the concurrence of DTI, is final.
